These terms govern your use of Meiji Sampler, provided by Meiji Industries ("we", "us"), incorporated in Ontario, Canada.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Meiji Sampler. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
You are responsible for the audio samples and content you use with Meiji Sampler. We do not access, store, or transmit your audio files.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Meiji Sampler may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Meiji Sampler is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meiji Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Meiji Sampler.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Meiji Sampler after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
